| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice vnitrofiremní komunikace, především se zaměřuje na její praktickou aplikaci v konkrétních firmách. Hlavním cílem bylo analyzovat vnitrofiremní komunikaci a ICT nástroje využívané ke komunikaci v malé a středně velké firmě. Identifikovat slabá místa v interní komunikaci a navrhnout možná řešení na jejich odstranění. Základní pojmy pro práci jako data, informace, znalosti, komunikace, vnitrofiremní komunikace, nástroje vnitrofiremní komunikace, firemní kultura a jejich vzájemné vztahy jsou popsány v první části. Ve výzkumné části práce jsou východiska a znalosti z první části využity při analýze vnitrofiremní komunikace a ICT nástrojů využívaných při komunikaci v konkrétních firmách. Výsledkem analýzy je podrobný rozbor vnitrofiremní komunikace, srovnání a konkrétní návrhy pro odstranění slabých stránek komunikace a její zefektivnění. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with problems of communication inside the company, especially with focus on its practical use in specific companies. The main objective was to describe and asses the state of communication and ICT tools used by small and medium sized companies. I aim to identify weak spots of internal communication and suggest possible solutions for removing them. Basic terms such as data, information, knowledge, communications, and internal company communication, ICT tools, used by small and medium sized companies, company culture and their respective relations are described in the first part of this thesis. The research part uses the data acquired in the first part to analyze internal company communication, and ICT tools used for communication by specific companies. Result of the thesis is the detailed analysis of internal company communication, comparison and specific suggestions for weak spots removal and achieving higher effectively of communications. |
