| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodaření malého bytového družstva a společenství vlastníků bytových jednotek. Nejprve jsou specifikována bytová družstva, jsou zde popsány obecné aspekty jejich vzniku, hospodaření a zobrazení vybraných účetních operací. Následně jsou tyto aspekty porovnány se společenstvím vlastníků bytových jednotek a znázorněny odlišnosti mezi těmito subjekty. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodaření konkrétního bytového družstva v praxi. |

First part is about housing cooperatives , there are described the general aspects of their founding, management and display of selected financial operations. Subsequently, these aspects are compared with the owners associations and the differences between them are illustrated . The practical part is focused on the analysis of specific housing cooperative. |
