| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou strategického řízení. Cílem této práce je provedení strategické situační analýzy konkrétního podniku za použití metod popsaných v teoretické části. Hlavní důraz je kladen na klíčové faktory úspěchu podniku, které budou vyvozeny právě na základě strategické situační analýzy. Diplomová práce má dvě části. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy strategického řízení, metody využívané pro strategickou situační analýzu a způsob hodnocení a výběru dané strategie. V praktické části jsou popsané metody aplikovány na zvolený podnik, konkrétně na základní školu. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis deals with strategic management. The aim of this work is to implement a strategic situational analysis of a particular company, using the methods described in the theoretical part. The thesis mainly focuses on the company's key successful factors which will be extrapolated from the strategic situational analysis. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents basic concepts of strategic management, further methods used for strategic situational analysis and technique for evaluation and selection of the strategy. In practical part, described methods are applied to the selected company, in this case to the elementary school. |
