| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje zavádění změn ve firmě TENEZ a.s. Chotěboř, které jsou nezbytné k nastolení a zavedení principů a postupů managementu znalostí, tak aby tyto procesy přidaly hodnotu ke zvyšování výkonnosti firmy a k její konkurenceschopnosti. Ve firmě pracuji 25 let a v únoru 2011 jsem byl jmenován členem projektového týmu Rada změn, který má nastartovat změny ve výkonnosti firmy, která se v současné době nalézá v ne zcela dobré situaci. Po odstoupení Generálního a Finančního ředitele, je nutno nastavit koncepci, která pomůže nastupujícímu vedení organizace, a ve spolupráci s ním, k analýze samotné organizace a následně povede k vylepšení současného stavu. K nastavení těchto změn by měla pomoci i má Diplomová práce, v níž budu aplikovat mé poznatky a činnosti zjištěné v mé Bakalářské práci, respektive prováděné v Radě změn. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deal with implementation of changes in TENEZ joint-stock company. There is necessary to lead changes for implementation principles and methods of knowledge management in company. These new processes would give value and it would lead to increasing productivity and competitiveness of company. I have been working for this company 25 years. I have determined by member of the new project team named Rada změn. Rada změn should prepare processes and give orientation in the company performance. Unfortunately, both managing director and financial manager resign from their posts and the company situation is not good in present days. The new management must implement the new conception to analysis of organization and improve statue of the company. My thesis should help for this process by my findings and knowledge. I have found out this knowledge and findings in Bachelor thesis. I am carrying out this findings in project team Rada změn, too. |
