| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou logistických aktivit při procesu tvorby TV pořadu v České televizi. Cílem práce je objevit a popsat klíčové logistické aktivity a nalézt silné a slabé stránky tohoto procesu. Druhotným cílem je formulovat případná doporučení na zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část byla zpracována na základě shrnutí informací z odborné literatury a dále tvoří úvod do problematiky České televize. Konkrétní postup při realizaci televizních pořadů vznikl na základě rozhovorů a osobních schůzek se zaměstnancem České televize, konkrétně s vedoucím produkce. Závěrečné komentáře byly tvořeny pomocí srovnání teoretických poznatků a zjištěných informací. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis concentrates on analysis of logistic activities in the process of creating a TV show on Czech TV. The objective is to discover and describe the key logistic activities and identify its strengths and weaknesses of this process. The secondary objective is to form recommendation for possible improvements. Two main parts divide this thesis. Theoretical part has been prepared on the basis of the summary information from the technical literature data and this forms introduction to Czech TV. Exact procedure of filming TV shows is was based on interviews and personal meeting with one of the employees of Czech TV, specifically with the head of production. Final comments has been made by comparing of theoretical knowledge and found information. |
