| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vnitřní migrace osob s vysokoškolským vzděláním v České republice z hlediska identifikace hlavních migračních trendů a meziregionálních rozdílů v této oblasti. Hlavním zdrojem dat pro vypracování bakalářské práce jsou dostupné statistické údaje za období 1991-2004 a vlastní dotazníkové šetření pro odhad budoucích trendů. V práci jsou použity metody komparace, prosté analogie a deskripce. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a charakteristiky vztahující se k problematice migrace a jsou zde popsány ukazatele používané pro analýzu této problematiky. Praktická část je věnována vlastní analýze migrace osob s VŠ vzděláním na krajské úrovni v České republice. Analýza je zde prováděna především na základě migračního salda, indexu efektivnosti migračního proudu a indexu preference migračního směru. V závěru práce jsou identifikovány hlavní migrační trendy, meziregionální rozdíly, klíčové příčiny migrace osob s VŠ vzděláním a je zde také nastíněn budoucí vývoj v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the internal migration of university graduates in the Czech Republic in terms of identifying major migration trends and inter-regional differences in this subject-matter area. The available statistical data for the period from 1991 to 2004 and the survey itself for predicting future trends represent the main sources of data in this thesis. The thesis uses the comparative method, simple analogy method and descriptive method. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and characteristics relating to migration and also describes the indicators used for the analysing the subject. The practical part focuses on analysing internal migration of university graduates at the regional level in the Czech Republic. The analysis is performed primarily on the basis of net migration, efficiency index of migration stream and preference index of migration stream. The conclusion identifies major migration trends, ensuing inter-regional differences, major causes of migration of university graduates and also outlines the future development in this area. |
