| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou logistických parků na území České republiky. Cílem práce je zmapování situace na trhu s moderními logistickými a průmyslovými nemovitostmi v České republice. Teoretická část obsahuje vybrané poznatky z oblasti skladování a také možnosti, jaké podnik má, pokud k zajištění svých činností potřebuje skladové prostory. Praktická část obsahuje časový vývoj v oblasti logistických a průmyslových nemovitostí od roku 2000 s důrazem na roky 2010 a 2011, dále představení nejvýznamnějších developerských společností působících na našem území, jejich vybrané projekty a vzájemné porovnání. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis deals with issue of logistic park in Czech Republic. The aim of thesis is the mapping of the situation on modern logistic and industrial real estate market in Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains selected findings in the area of the warehousing and also possibilities, which the company has if it needs a warehouse space for ensuring its activities. The practical part contains the time development in the area of logistic and industrial real estate from the year 2000, then introduction of the most important developer companies working in our state territory, their selected projects and their comparison. |
