| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo sepsání podnikatelského plánu na otevření italské pekárno-kavárny a zjistit životaschopnost podnikatelského plánu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Praktická část je tvořena na základě informací části teoretické, která charakterizuje podnikání, podnikatelské prostředí v ČR a v Itálii a jednotlivé body struktury podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část je již tvořena samotným podnikatelským plánem., který popisuje záměr podnikání, cíle, analýzu trhu, marketingový plán, finanční analýzu, SWOT analýzu, rizika a přílohy dokumentu. V závěru se čtenář dozví, zdali je podnikatelský plán vhodný k realizaci. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis was to create a business plan to open an Italian bakery and coffee bar and discover the viability of the plan. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The practical part is formed on basis of theoretical information that characterizes business, environment of business in the Czech and Italy and main points of structure of the business plan. The practical part is formed by own business plan. This part describes goals, marketing plan, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, risk analysis and supplement. In part of conclusion readers learns if the business plan will be suitable for implementation. |
