| Abstract: | Práce je věnovaná problematice pracovních podmínek učitelů v Rusku a Česku. Cílem práce je analyzovat stav vybraných pracovních podmínek a upozornit na některé problematické složky učitelského povolání. Teoretická část zahrnuje především historický vývoj podmínek práce učitelů a dále vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se tématu práce. Praktická část prezentuje, shrnuje a interpretuje výsledky různých šetření v oblastech prestiže učitelského povolání, finančního odměňování učitelů a problematiky agrese žáků na učitelích. Práce představuje soubor poznatků, které mají za cíl přiblížit čtenáři problematiku učitelské profese na základě kritického popisu vývoje a stavu ve dvou sledovaných státech. |

| Abstract: | This thesis concerns issues of teachers` working conditions in Russia and the Czech Republic. Its goal is to analyze selected working conditions and point out some of the current problems within the teaching profession. Theoretical part includes mostly the historical development of the teachers` working conditions and also the basic terminology regarding the topic of the thesis. Practical part presents, summarizes and interprets outcomes of researches in the fields of prestige of the teachers` profession, financial remuneration of teachers and aggression of students against their teachers. Thesis represents findings which goal is to critically describe development and the state of the working conditions of teachers' profession in the two analyzed countries. |
