| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje zdravému životnímu stylu. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na to, jaký vliv má tento styl na zdraví člověka a jakým životním stylem žije česká populace. Práce shrnuje zásady zdravého životního stylu a v praktické části odkrývá životní styl obyvatelstva pomocí segmentace trhu a dat MML-TGI za účelem nastínit firmám, jaké nástroje přesně zacílí spotřebitele a osloví ho. |

This work summarizes the principles of helathy lifestyle and reveals lifestyles of Czech people with market segmentation and MML-TGI data in the practical part. This can help firms in targeting and addressing people within healthy lifestyle. |
