| Abstract: | Tato práce je věnována velice zajímavému tématu, jednalo se o porovnání podmínek podnikání v České republice a v Rusku. Dané téma je velice zajímaví, jelikož české firmy čím dál, tím více začínají obracet svoji pozornost na trhy východní Evropy. Ruský trh je velice slibný: relativně velký počet obyvatel, rostoucí životní úroveň, vliv na ostatní zemi regionu apod. Podnikání v Rusku a v České republice se výrazně liší -- jak v právnické, tak i ve finanční a reklamní sféře. Porovnání podmínek podnikání bylo uskutečněno několika způsoby. Prvním způsobem je provedení základní analýzy právních norem souvisejících s podnikáním. Hlavním cílem práce je podrobná analýza a srovnání podnikatelského prostředí v Rusku a v České republice. Ústřední hypotéza zní následovně: podnikání v Ruské federaci je daleko složitější z hlediska administrativní náročnosti, avšak nabízí daleko víc možností než v České republice. Autor ve své práci pracoval jak s ruskými, tak i s českými zdroji. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is dedicated to a very interesting topic, which was dedicated to comparisons of business conditions in the Czech Republic and Russia. This theme is very interesting, because Czech companies are beginning to turn their attention to the markets of Eastern Europe. The Russian market is very promising: a relatively large population, rising living standards, the impact on other countries of the region, etc. Doing business in Russia and in the Czech Republic is significantly different - both in legal as well as in financial and advertising sectors. Comparison of business conditions was carried out in several ways. The first way was to undertake a basic analysis of the legal standards associated with the business. The main goal of this work is the detailed analysis and comparison of the business environment in Russia and in the Czech Republic. The central hypothesis is -- doing Business in the Russian Federation is far more complex in terms of administrative complexity, but offers far more options than in the Czech Republic. The author in his thesis worked with Russian, Czech and with resources. |
