| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání hodnoty rodinného domu. Byly použiti dvě metody oceňování, metoda administrativní a metoda tržní. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. V první teoretické části je vysvětleno několik základních pojmů pro pochopení následné druhé části. Praktická část je zaměřena na ocenění konkrétního objektu, rodinného domu právě výše zmiňovanými dvěma metodami. V závěru je pak porovnání obou metod a stručné shrnutí této bakalářské práce. |

| Abstract: | The main objektive of the present bachelor thesis is to compare the values of the detached dwelling. Two evaluation methods were used, the administrative method and the market one. Thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical part explains several basic concepts for comprehension of the subsequent second part. Practical part focuses on the evaluation of the particular object, a detached dwelling by means of the aforementioned methods. Thereafter, conclusion concerns the comparison of both methods and a concise summary of the work. |
