| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce analyzující společnost Vodňanská drůbež, a.s. podnikající v odvětví "Velkoobchod s masem a masnými výrobky" pojednává o zhodnocení jejího finančního zdraví během let 2006 až 2011 a tím i nastínění finančního plánu pro rok 2012. V práci jsou pro účel finanční analýzy použity poměrové ukazatele spolu s některými pyramidálními rozklady a dále je na tuto společnost aplikován bankrotní a bonitní model. Jelikož analyzovaná společnost v roce 2010 prošla fúzí, bylo vhodné analyzovat prospěch či neprospěch dané fúze a dále provést srovnání výsledků analyzované společnosti s výsledky vzniklými pomocí součtu slučovaných společností za sledovaná léta. Pro zjištění ekonomické stability společnosti bylo zapotřebí najít podobný podnik a provést srovnání. Druhá část bakalářské práce byla zaměřena na jednoroční finanční plán, jenž vycházel z hodnot roku 2010 a 2011, tj. po zmíněné fúzi. Vypracováním této práce jsem zjistila, že výsledky analyzované společnosti byly negativně ovlivněny mnohými událostmi, jež se během sledovaných let staly, ale přesto vykazovala uspokojivějších hodnot než celkově společnosti účastnící se fúze. Naproti tomu ale konkurenční společnost v daných letech hospodařila lépe. |

| Abstract: | In this bachelor's thesis, in which a company named Vodňanská drůbež, a.s. is analyzed, is being discussed the evaluation of its financial health during the years 2006 and 2011 and the result of it is outlining of financial plan for the year 2012. The company does business in area of the "Wholesale of meat and meat products". The ratios and their pyramidal decompositions are used for financial analysis in the thesis and the bankruptcy and financial standing models are applied to the company. Whereas the company went through merger in the year 2010, it was proper to analyze advantage or disadvantage of the merger and also to compare the results of analyzed company with results, which arose by the sum of merging companies in monitored years. It was needed to find a similar company to draw a comparison thereby to determine economic stability of the analyzed company. The second part of the bachelor's thesis was focused on one-year financial plan, which was based on the values of 2010 and 2011, i.e. the years after merger. Due to working out this thesis I found out the results of the company were negatively affected by many events that happened during the years. Nevertheless the company showed more satisfying values than the companies involved in a merger. In opposite, the competitive company does its business better than the analyzed one. |
