| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářská práce je poválečný vývoj československého zemědělství a úloha zemědělství v politicko-mocenských záměrech KSČ v tříletém poválečném období let 1945-1948. V první části bude práce zkoumat vznik a formování nové vlády, dekrety prezidenta republiky, vlastnické přeměny, pozemkovou reformu a bezprostřední změny v zemědělství, které se udály v tomto kontextu. Obsahem této části bude také úloha komunistické strany a její zemědělská politika. Následující část práce se bude týkat politického a hospodářského vývoje v letech 1946 a 1947, který byl poznamenán volbami v květnu 1946 a následnými spory politických stran o zemědělskou politiku. Bude zkoumat vývoj zemědělské politiky komunistické strany na základě dokumentů z Národního archivu. V poslední části práce popíše cestu k převratu politického režimu a zaměří se na obrat zemědělské politiky KSČ, jak splnila dosavadní cíle komunistů, a na počátky kolektivizačního procesu. Autor bude studii zpracovávat na základě odborných publikací a článků, archivních dokumentů a dobového tisku. |

| Abstract: | The theme of the present paper is the post-war development of the Czechoslovak agriculture and the task of agriculture in the power-political intentions of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia within the three years of postwar development 1945 to 1948. The first part of the paper is concerned with the research of the origine and the forming of the new Government, the decreets of the president of the republic, the ownership changes, the soil reform and the immediate changes in agriculture taking place within this context. Included is also the role of the communist party and its agricultural policy. The following part of the paper relates to the political and economic development in the years 1945 to 1947, characterized by the elections in May 1946 and the ensuing controversy of political parties over agricultural policy. It researches also the development of the agricultural policy of the communist party on the basis of documents in the National Archives. The last part describes the process ending in the turn-over of the political system and is focused on the change of the agricultural policy of the communist party of Czechoslovakia and the scope of fulfillment of the hitherto aims of the communists and the opening of the collectivization process. The author has used in his paper the information derived from publications and articles, archives documents and the press media of the period. |
