| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjištění spokojenosti klientů se službami, které apartmány nabízejí. To bylo prováděno pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část charakterizuje 3*hotel a aplikuje požadavky této kategorie na 3* apartmán. Zároveň popisuje jednotlivé poskytované služby. Praktická část popisuje konkrétní apartmány v Praze a vyhodnocuje požadavky klientů na jednotlivé služby. Výsledkem je doporučení, jak tyto požadavky co nejlépe vyplnit. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine clients' satisfaction with the services offered by the apartments. It was done through a questionnaire. The theoretical part described 3* hotel and aplies the requirements of this cathegory to 3* appartment. It also describes the services offered. The practical part describes specific apartments in Prague and evaluates clients requirements to the services. The result is a recommendation how to fulfill these requirements in the best way. |
