| Abstract: | Cílem této práce bylo porovnat kvalitu vybraných sýrů na českém trhu a zjistit, zda cena ovlivňuje kvalitu daného produktu. V teoretické části práce se nachází obecný popis sýrů, legislativní požadavky na kvalitu sýrů a popis kontrolních mechanismů kvality. V praktické části se nachází test organoleptických vlastností vybraných sýrů, kterým byla zjištěna kvalita u jednotlivých vzorků sýrů. Na závěr jsou shrnuty veškeré zjištěné informace. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis was to compare the quality of selected cheeses on the Czech market and determine whether the price affects the quality of the product. The theoretical part is a general description of the cheese, the legislative requirements for the quality of cheese and description of quality control mechanisms. The practical part of the thesis contains organoleptic test of selected cheeses. The conclusion summarizes all the findings. |
