| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu risk assessmentu jako velmi podstatné části řízení rizik. Teoretická část práce objasňuje postavení risk assessmentu vzhledem k risk managementu, jeho obsah, strukturu a účel. Popisuje proces jeho provádění a jeho jednotlivé kroky, tedy identifikaci, analýzu a evaluaci rizik, provedení intervencí a monitoring. Prezentuje rovněž některé vybrané způsoby jejich provádění. V druhé, praktické části, je proveden rozbor stavu risk assessmentu ve vybraném podniku z oboru mezinárodní dopravy a zasilatelství. Na základě této analýzy jsou na tento podnik aplikovány poznatky teoretické části a jsou pro něj sestavena doporučení a metodika provádění risk assessmentu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with risk assessment as a very important part of risk management. The theoretical part describes the position of risk assessment and risk management, its structure, content and purpose. It describes the process of risk assessment and its key parts -- the identification, analysis and evaluation of risk, dealing with risks and monitoring, and the particular ways they can be done. The practical part follows with an analysis of the current state of risk assessment of the selected company that operates in the international transport industry. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations to improve the risk assessment are given and the theories from the theoretical part are used and applied. |
