| Abstract: | Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá tématem založení internetového obchodu. První část se věnuje zakládání internetového obchodu obecně: právními náležitostmi zakládání, webovými stránkami, vztahem k zákazníkům z pohledu práva, distribucí zboží a platebními možnostmi. V další části jsou popsány různé možnosti propagace na internetu. Další část se zabývá projektem založení internetového obchodu Tonermag.cz. Jsou zde popsány kroky, které vedly k jeho založení a také způsoby jeho propagace. Cílem práce je shrnout kroky a vytvořit postup k založení internetového obchodu. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor's thesis is an e-shop development. The e shop foundation is described in the first part. There are discussed legal matters, websites, and the relationship with customers according to the law, distribution of goods and the payment options. In the next part there are described the ways of promotion on the internet. The third part deals with the project of the development of the e shop Tonermag.cz. There are described the steps which led to its development and also the ways of its promotion. The goal of this thesis is to sum up the steps which lead to the e shop development and to formulate the instructions how to do it. |
