| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá fundraisingem neziskové organizace, tedy možnostmi získávání finančních a nefinančních prostředků k zajištění provozu organizace a všech jejích projektů. Cílem je, na základě dostupných zdrojů a vlastních zkušeností autorky, zmapovat a zhodnotit možnosti financování Občanského sdružení CZECHDESIGN.CZ a určit jaká forma financování je pro tuto organizaci nejvhodnější. V teoretické části se práce věnuje neziskovým organizacím a fundraisingu obecně, zvláštní pozornost je pak věnována organizacím z oblasti kultury. Praktická část je už zaměřena na CZECHDEISGN.CZ, o. s. Popisuje jeho vznik, vývoj, poslání, koncepci, organizační strukturu a provozované aktivity. Dále analyzuje historii a současný stav financování. Poté je provedena rešerše vhodných způsobů financování organizace, jejich komparace, zhodnocení a vyvození závěrů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on fundraising within non-profit organizations. In other words, the thesis is trying to cover all sources non-profit organizations have to fund their operation and projects. The aim is, based on available resources and the author's own experiences, to map, evaluate and choose the best funding options for Civic association CZECHDESIGN.CZ located in Prague. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on non-profit organizations and fundraising in general. A special attention is given to organizations within the cultural field. The practical part is focused on CZECHDEISGN. It describes its origin, development, mission, organizational structure and activities. Then it analyses past and current forms of funding and makes a survey of suitable methods of funding and their comparison. Finally, the most effective ways of funding for this particular organisation are suggested. |
