| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá situační analýzou podnikání konkrétní realitní kanceláře na pražském trhu nemovitostí.V první části práce jsou vysvětleny základní termíny spojené s podnikáním v oboru, je zde popsán trh nemovitostí v Praze a dále jsou zmíněny vybrané druhy analýz, které jsou použity v druhé části práce. Praktická část se věnuje analýze vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí společnosti. Na základě těchto analýz byla provedena SWOT analýza a z ní byly následně vyvozeny možné cíle a strategie společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis delas with the situational analysis of specific real estate company's business at the real estate market in Prague. The first part of the thesis concentrates on the explanation of the basic terms conected with the real estate business, on the real estate market and on choosen types of analysis which are used in the second part of the thesis. The practical part focuses on the analysis of an internal and external environment. Based on previous analysis was performed SWOT analysis and drawn possible company's aims and strategies. |
