| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem zanedbaných architektonicky či historicky významných budov. Cílem práce je zmapovat právní, ekonomické a společenské prostředí v České republice a vyhodnotit, jaké jsou hlavní příčiny existence ohrožených objektů v centrech měst. Teoretická část se zaměří na pojetí vlastnického práva, legislativní opatření, které mají k dispozici správní orgány v České republice. Je brán v potaz i společenský aspekt, normy, smýšlení a hodnotový systém obyvatel. V práci je zahrnuto i hledisko ekonomické, tedy architektonické dědictví jako součást trhu. Praktická část se věnuje dvěma objektům, které do této problematiky spadají. Je provedena analýza od počátku vzniku staveb, zmíněna je původní funkce objektu, změny ve vlastnictví, období socialismu, privatizace, současný stav a záměry vlastníka. Následuje zhodnocení situace a nástin budoucího vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the problem of endangered buildings, significant architectonically or historically. The aim is to map legal, economic and social situation within the Czech republic and deduce what are the main causes to this problem. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the forms of ownership in the Czech republic and the legal actions that are accessible for the authorities. It also concentrates on the social aspect of this issue. In other words, standards, values and normative system the citizens have developed. It also covers the economic point of view, considering architectural heritage as a part of the market. The practical part includes two endangered buildings, its history, former function, changes in ownership, socialism era, privatization, current owner and their intention and current state. Finally, it draws the options for future development. |
