| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce na téma "Veřejné výdaje v rozpočtech ČR a financování sportu" pojednává o prostředcích, které plynou z veřejných rozpočtů České republiky do oblasti sportu. Cílem této práce je zevrubně popsat a zhodnotit současný stav ve financování sportu z veřejných zdrojů v ČR a pokusit se zanalyzovat, zda je sport v České republice financován dostatečně, či nikoliv. V úvodu jsou přiblíženy důvody, proč by vůbec sport měl být z veřejných zdrojů podporován. Jsou uvedeny pozitivní a negativní důsledky sportu pro společnost a pozice sportu v národním hospodářství. Dále je v této práci uveden přehled vývoje ve financování sportu již od dob Rakouska -- Uherska až do současnosti. Jsou zde podrobně zpracovány oblasti financování sportu ze státního rozpočtu a z rozpočtů krajů a obcí. Na závěr je uveden praktický příklad, kdy je zkoumána závislost změny velikosti veřejných výdajů vydávaných na sport a zdravotního stavu obyvatelstva České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis on the topic "Public Expenditure in the Budget of the Czech Republic and Financing of Sport" deals with public financing of sport in the Czech Republic. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to in detail describe and evaluate present situation in the financing of sport from the public resources and to analyze, if this financing is adequate or not. In the introduction there are some reasons, why sport should be supported by public finance. Some positive and negative externalities are shown and described there. In this bachelor thesis you can find what the position of sport in the Czech economy is, as well as the development of the financing of sport in the Czech Republic through last century. There is also description of the financing of sport from the state budget and from budgets of regional complexes. In the end of the work is an experiment, which shows how the financing of sport can impact the state of public health in the Czech Republic. |
