| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá situací chátrajících kulturních památek v České republice, popisuje příčiny i možné důsledky tohoto stavu. Po rozboru procesu obnovy památek a jeho financování se práce zabývá svým hlavním cílem, tedy možnostmi využití nemovitých kulturních památek, neboť pouze smysluplná funkce a oživení těchto historických staveb jim může zajistit dlouhodobou stabilitu. Nakonec se práce snaží aplikovat poznatky z teoretické části na konkrétním případě chátrající památky -- zámku Brnky ve středních Čechách. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis covers the issue of decaying monuments in the Czech Republic and describes its occasions and consequences. Thesis also refers to the restoration of monuments and its financing. The main aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is the issue of the utilization of the historical monuments, because only the meaningful utilization may assure them the long-term stability. At the end of the Thesis is a case study concerning the Brnky Castle in the Central Bohemia. |
