| Abstract: | Každoročně se v Karlových Varech koná Mezinárodní filmový festival, na kterém se podílí tým hostesek, které spolu zajišťují chod filmových představení a VIP akcí. Problematika tvorby harmonogramů pro tento tým hostesek a uvaděčů je stěžejním problémem této práce. V první části jsou popsány základní principy a postupy řešení reálných problémů. Tato část je ryze teoretická. V další části je pak definován reálný problém tvorby harmonogramu a následně je navržen způsob jeho řešení, který spočívá ve tvorbě přípustných kombinací filmových představení a dalších VIP akcí a následně tyto kombinace hodnotí a vybírá ty, které minimalizují celkový počet personálu, prostoje v pracovní době a přesuny mezi jednotlivými obsluhovanými akcemi a představeními. |

| Abstract: | The International film festival in Karlovy Vary takes place annually. The hostess team is jointly responsible for the screenings and other VIP events to run smoothly. This paper will discuss the issues of time management and organisation associated with the hostess team. The first part of this document, which is purely theoretical, will describe basic principles and solution procedures for the real problem. The second part defines and addresses the real problem of scheduling and subsequently suggests for efficient method to solve it. The method is based on generating acceptable combinations of film screenings and other events that are further evaluated according to working hours, redeployment and downtime. After this evaluation, these combinations are selected which minimize the downtime, redeployment and number of employees, who are necessary to ensure all actions. |
