| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je upozornit na nerovné postavení vícečetných rodin ve státě ve srovnání s bezdětnými. Práce ověřuje hypotézu, že pro stát je zcela výhodné, aby rodiny přivedly do světa a vychovaly více dětí, zatímco pro rodinu to z ekonomického hlediska výhodné není. Práce porovnává výhodnost rodiny s více dětmi pro stát z několika úhlů pohledu. Naproti tomu pomocí metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování WSA a TOPSIS hodnotí varianty různého počtu dětí podle ekonomických kritérií s cílem nalézt kompromisní variantu, který počet dětí je pro rodinu nejvýhodnější. Práce je doplněna neekonomickým pohledem na rodinu a důležitost vztahů z pohledu měření štěstí pomocí subjektivního pocitu blaha SWB. Na závěr práce nabízí některé návrhy efektivní podpory rodin. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to point out unequal condition of multi member families in a state in comparison with childless families. The thesis tries to verify the hypothesis that to have and to bring up more children is considered to be utterly profitable and beneficial for the state whereas for the families, from the economic point of view, it is not so profitable and beneficial. The thesis compares the advantageousness of a family with more children for the state from various angles. On the other side the thesis uses methods of multicriteria decision making WSA and TOPSIS to appraise variants of different number of children depending on economic factors. The objective of these methods is to find a compromise variant, what numer of children is the most beneficial for the family. In addition, the thesis deals with non economic aspect of family and with the importance of relationships based on measuring of happiness by means of SWB -- subjective well-being. In conclusion, the thesis offers some proposals of effective family support. |
