| Abstract: | Vinařství je velmi významnou částí zemědělské politiky České Republiky a od vzniku samostatného státu prošlo výrazným vývojem. Ten by se dal rozdělit do dvou etap, kdy první etapa začíná rokem 1993 a končí vstupem ČR do EU v roce 2004. Od tohoto období začíná druhá etapa ve vývoji českého zemědělství. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vliv vstupu ČR do EU na vinařský sektor. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola popisuje Společnou zemědělskou politiku a reformy, které nejvíce ovlivnily její fungování, nebo se přímo týkaly přístupových příprav ČR. Druhá kapitola pojednává o zemědělské politice po vzniku samostatné ČR až po vstup do EU v roce 2004. Zásadními změnami bylo přijetí zákona o vinohradnictví a vinařství a vznik významných organizací, které významně ovlivňují odvětví. Poslední kapitola se věnuje především aktuálnímu stavu vinařského sektoru. |

| Abstract: | Winemaking, which is an important branch of the Czech agriculture, has undergone a significant development since the establishment of the independent Czech Republic. The development could be divided into two stages. The first one started in 1993 and ended in 2004 with the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union. From that moment the second period of the development of the Czech agriculture began. The aim of the thesis is to assess the impact of the accession of the Czech Republic to the EU on the wine-making sector. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the Common Agricultural Policy and the reforms the either most significantly affected its functioning of the Czech Republic or, were directly related to its preparations for joining the EU. The second chapter deals with Czech Agricultural Policy in the period starting from the establishment of the independent Czech Republic up to the accession to the EU, in 2004. The adoption of the Act on Viticulture and Winegrowing as well as foundation of important organizations, which have significantly influenced this branch, were crucial changes. The last chapter focuses primarily on the current situation in the wine-making sector. |
