| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje fenoménu flexibilní formy práce v České republice a ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Práce je rozdělena do 3 částí. V první části se nachází teoretické vymezení flexibility na trhu práce. V druhé části je provedena analýza flexibilních forem práce v ČR, Nizozemsku a Slovinsku. Poslední částí je závěr, kde jsou shrnuta zjištěná fakta a provedeno mezistátní srovnání situace na trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with a phenomenon of flexible forms of the work in the Czech Republic and chosen countries of the European Union. The study is divided into three parts. In the first part we can find theoretical determination of flexibility on the labour market. In the second part there is an analysis of flexible works in the Czech Republic, Netherlands and Slovenia performed. The last part is the final, with a summary of observed facts and with international comparison of the situation on the labour market. |
