| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat úroveň péče o zaměstnance ve vybraném podniku, k tomu posloužil dotazník, který byl určený všem zaměstnancům, dále pak rozhovory s vybranými zaměstnanci a prostudování kolektivní smlouvy. Dále je cílem zjistit, zda je podnik schopen obhájit své umístění v soutěži Zaměstnavatel roku, které v předcházejících letech získal. Po vyhodnocení dotazníků, lze říci, že podnik je zaměstnanci vnímán převážně kladně. Prostudování kolektivní smlouvy pak vede k závěru, že podnik se snaží o své zaměstnance pečovat nad rámec zákonných povinností, i když je zde i několik slabin, na kterých by mohl podnik do budoucna zapracovat. |

| Abstract: | Aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the level of attention to employees in chosen company, for that I used a questionnaire destined to employees of one of the concerns, furthermore interviews with chosen employees and collective agreement. Further aim was to discover whether the company is able to uphold its place in the Employer of the year contest, which it has won in past years. After having analyzed the questionnaires it is possible to say the company is perceived mostly positively by the employees. Having studied the collective agreement leads to the conclusion that the company tries to take care of its employees beyond the law-abiding responsibilities, however there are still few weaknesses which the company can work on in the future. |
