| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti RUDOLF JELÍNEK, a. s. z pohledu externího uživatele pomocí různých metod finanční analýzy. Tyto metody jsou charakterizovány v první tzv. metodické části, která předchází samotné finanční analýze společnosti obsažené v části praktické. Ta je zaměřena na analýzu finanční situace společnosti za roky 2006-2010 pomocí metod popsaných v metodické části, mezi které patří horizontální a vertikální analýza účetních výkazů, analýza poměrových ukazatelů, ukazatele EVA a bankrotních a bonitních modelů. Finanční analýza je dále obohacena o srovnání vybraných ukazatelů s odvětvím, ve kterém společnost působí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company RUDOLF JELÍNEK, a. s. from the perspective of an external user using different methods of financial analysis. These methods are described in the first so-called methodical part, which precedes the actual financial analysis of the company contained in the practical part. The practical part is focused on analyzing the financial situation of the company of the years 2006-2010 using the described methods including horizontal and vertical analysis of the accounting statements, financial ratios, analysis of the indicator EVA and bankruptcy and financial standing models. Financial analysis is further enriched by the comparison of selected indicators with industry, which the company operates in. |
