| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma "Finanční analýza Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o." je složena z teoretické části, kde je vysvětlen účel finanční analýzy, postup při konstrukci jednotlivých ukazatelů a metod. Mezi základní metody použité v této práci patří analýza absolutních, poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů, bilanční pravidla, Du Pontův rozklad, hodnotový ukazatel EVA, bonitní a bankrotní modely, srovnání s odvětvím. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na společnost Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat finanční zdraví výše uvedené společnosti v letech 2005 až 2010, srovnat tento podnik s odvětvím a z dostupných údajů provést prognózu vývoje v roce 2011. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí a krátké zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor's Thesis "Financial analysis of Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o." is composed of a theoretical part, where is explained a purpose of the financial analysis, a procedure for the construction of particular indicators and methods. Between the methods used in this thesis belong an analysis of absolute, ratio and differential indicators, balance rules, the Du Pont's decomposition, the value indicator EVA, creditworthy and bankruptcy models, a comparison with the sector. In a practical part are these methods applied to the corporation Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o. The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse a financial health of the company mentioned above between years 2005 and 2010, compare it with the sector and from the available data perform a forecast of the development in the year 2011. The conclusion contents a summary and a short evaluation of the financial situation of the company. |
