| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je porovnání metod řízení na dálku ve dvou podobných firmách, které mají významný rozdíl ve velikostech obratů. Jedna z firem se nachází v Kazachstánu, druhá - v Praze. Hlavní otázka práce je v tom, jsou-li rozdíly ve výších obratů firem vyvolány metodami, kterými jsou řízeny, anebo nikoliv a jsou vyvolány jinými faktory. Cílem této práce je stanovení efektivních metod řízení na dálku pro firmu s menším obratem. Pro účely analýzy efektivnosti metod je použita metodu vícekriteriálního rozhodování TOPSIS. Klíčovým aspektem analýzy je míra přínosu jednotlivých metod pro zvýšení efektivnosti řízení ve firmách. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is comparing the methods of distance management in two similar companies that have significant difference in the sizes of turnovers. One of the companies is located in Kazakhstan, the second is in Prague. The main question of the thesis is if the difference of turnovers is caused by methods of management or by other factors. The aim of this thesis is to determine effective methods of distance managing for a company with the less turnover. The multicriterial decision making method TOPSIS is used for analysis of effective methods. A key aspect of the analysis is to measure the contribution of each method for increasing the efficiency of management in companies. |
