| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění a vyhodnocení celkové ekonomické situace firmy Veřejné stravování Zdeněk Pecha z pohledu managementu. Firma se zabývá poskytováním služeb v oblasti veřejného stravování. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě větší části. První část, je část teoretická, kde se nejprve snažím obecně vysvětlit podstatu finanční analýzy a dále pak následuje metodický aparát. Další část, je část praktická, kde aplikuji poznatky získané v teoretické části na praktické ukázce. V praktické části se snažím shrnout celkovou ekonomickou situaci firmy v letech 2007 -- 2011. Na závěr pak vyhodnotím výsledky zjištěné v praktické části. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis is to determine and evaluate overall economic situation of the company Zdenek Pecha from the managerial point of view. This company is engaged in providing public catering. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical, where I explain the financial analysis in general and then the methodical apparatus. The second part is the practical part, where I apply the knowledge gained in the theoretical part on the practical illustration. In the practical part I try to summarize the overall economic situation of the company in period of years 2007-2011. In conclusion of this thesis I evaluate results found in the practical part. |
