| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá principy fungování počítačové sítě z teoretického a praktického hlediska. Jejím účelem je popsat všeobecné teoretické principy fungování počítačových sítí na referenčním modelu ISO/OSI a architektuře TCP/IP, rozdělení počítačových sítí podle typu, topologie a rozlehlosti a stručně popsat jednotlivé prvky sítě, standardy a serverový systém v souvislosti s použitím v praktické části. Praktická část popisuje v obecné rovině počítačovou síť konkrétní firmy a úkony spojené se správou sítě. Dále obsahuje technickou dokumentaci s návrhem na umístění strukturované kabeláže v nové budově a také návrh na částečnou inovaci serverů, síťových prvků a operačního systému, který umožní inovované řešení centralizované správy uživatelů. K tvorbě teoretické části práce byla použita literatura a internetové zdroje a dále znalosti z předchozího studia na střední škole a ze současného studia na vysoké škole. V praktické části jsou aplikovány zkušenosti z pracovního působení v konkrétní firmě. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis is focused on principles of computer networks functioning from a theoretical and practical view. The purpose of this work is to describe theoretical principles of computer networks functioning on ISO/OSI reference model and TCP/IP architecture, describe computer sites according to types, topologies and sizes and briefly describe computer network components, standards and server system in connection with the practical part. Practice part describes a computer network of a particular company in general as well as operations connected to a network. Practical part further includes technical documentation with a description of structured cabling in a new building as well as design of partial innovation of servers, network components and operating system that enables a use of innovative solution of centralized user administration. In order to create the theoretical part there were literature, internet sources and previous knowledge of the author gained during secondary school and actual university studies used. In the practical part is applied work experience gained in a particular firm. |
