| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce porovnává daňovou konkurenci spotřebních daní z minerálních olejů mezi skupinami starých a nových členských států Evropské unie. Vychází z výsledků analýzy sazeb spotřebních daní z vybraných minerálních olejů (bezolovnatý benzín, motorová nafta, těžký topný olej a LPG). Na základě této analýzy hodnotí, zda existuje daňová konkurence v rámci skupin starých a nových členských států. Z výsledků analýzy vyplývá, že u mobilních základů daně existuje daňová konkurence mezi starými a novými členskými státy Evropské unie. Součástí práce je přehled systému zdanění spotřebních daní dle směrnic EU. Také jsou popsány nejvýraznější odchylky ve zdanění minerálních olejů v jednotlivých členských státech. |

| Abstract: | This thesis compares the tax competition in excise duty of mineral oil between the groups of the old and new member states of the Europian union. Is based on the result of the analysis for the mineral oils (unleaded petrol,gas oil, havy fuel oil and LPG). Based on this analysis assess whether there is the tax competition. The results of analysis shows that there is the tax competition for the mobile tax bases. |
