| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou situací na trhu s pojištěním odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla v České republice. V první části práce popisuje aktuální právní úpravu a činnost České kanceláře pojistitelů. Následně se zabývá jednotlivými nabídkami všech pojišťoven poskytujících tento pojistný produkt. V závěrečné části jsou tyto nabídky rozděleny do skupin dle limitů krytí a v rámci těchto skupin jsou poté také srovnávány. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the current situation on the market with Motor Third-Party Liability Insurance. In the first part it describes current legal regulations and the activities of the Czech insurance agency. Then it covers all products of insurance companies which offer that type of insurance. In the final part are all products divided into groups according to the coverage limits and are compared within these groups. |
