| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává téma "Franchising jako forma vstupu na trh". Je rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly. V první části se zabývá teoretickou stránkou věci, výhodami a nevyhodami franchisingu, a zároveň historií a vývojem franchisingu ve světě a ČR. Druhá kapitola popisuje samotný proces zavádění franchisingu ve firmě a poslední část obsahuje popis fungování konkrétního franchisového konceptu, v tomto případě firmy FORNETTI Bohemia. |

The first part contains the teoretical issues, advantages and disadvantages of franchising and also the history and development of franchising in the world and in the Czech republic. The second chapter describes the process of implementation of franchising, and the last section contains a description of the functioning of franchise concept in the company FORNETTI Bohemia. |
