| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou podniku Linea Nivnice, a.s. v letech 2005 - 2010. Cílem práce je zhodnotit hospodářskou situaci tohoto podniku. K dosažení stanoveného cíle jsou použity horizontální a vertikální analýzy aktiv a pasiv, výkazu zisku a ztráty, analýza poměrových ukazatelů. Dále je spočítána ekonomická přidaná hodnota, proveden Du-Pontův rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu. Následuje hodnocení celkové výkonnosti podniku pomocí bonitních a bankrotních modelů, konkrétně Altmanova indexu, indexu IN05, Kralickova rychlého testu a Springate modelu. Poslední část je věnována porovnání podniku s konkurencí na základě metody normované proměnné. V závěru je uvedena nejdůležitější zjištěná informace o finanční situaci podniku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is devoted to financial analysis of Linea Nivnice, a.s. for the period 2005-2010. The aim of research is to estimate the financial state of the company. The horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet, profit and loss statement and the analysis of ratio indicators and index fluctuations are used for the research. Economic Value Added and Du Pont model were calculated. Then the overall efficiency of the company was counted with help of creditworthy and bankruptcy models such as Altman index, IN index, Quick test and Springate model. The last part is about comparison of the company with competitors which is based on the method of standardized variables. In the conclusion the most important information on financial state of the company is mentioned. |
