| Abstract: | Obsahem této bakalářské práce je problematika uzavírání a ukončování pojistných smluv. Cílem této práce je rozebrat tuto problematiku a zorientovat se v ní. V úvodní části je rozebrán vývoj právní úpravy uzavírání pojistných smluv v českých zemích. V další části jsou vysvětleny důležité pojistné pojmy. Třetí část obsahuje postup uzavírání pojistných smluv a v poslední části jsou vysvětleny různé druhy ukončování pojistných smluv. |

Firstly, the work includes the historical development of the legislation of clousing of insurance contract. Secondly, the work exploines very important the insurance terms. Thirdly, there is explained the procedure of clousing of insurance contracts. Finally, the work includes some ways of termination of insurace contracts. |
