| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku motivace zaměstnanců a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a představeny významné teorie, zabývající se motivací. Dále je tato část práce věnována problematice zaměstnaneckých benefitů, zejména jejich významu a výčtu v součastnosti používaných zaměstnaneckých výhod. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou analyzovány a porovnány zaměstnanecké benefity užívané ve dvou společnost, reprezentujících státní a soukromou sféru, a jejich vliv na motivaci zaměstnanců. Součástí práce je také dotazník použitý při výzkumu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis examines the subject of employee motivation and employee benefits. The basic terms and theories needed to comprehend the subject are explained in the theoretical part of the work. The theoretical part of the work also focuses on employee benefits, mainly the goal of employee benefits and listing of currently available employee benefits. In the practical part of the work is an analysis and comparison of employee benefits used in two companies that are representing private and public sector and their influence on employee motivation. |
