| Abstract: | Předmětem a hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je právní úprava dohledu státu nad pojišťovnictvím a zachycení jejího vývoje v čase. V rámci práce je nejdřív analyzována potřeba dohledu státu nad pojišťovnictvím a její hlavní cíl. Poté následuje přehled vývoje právní úpravy dohledu od založení první pojišťovny na území České republiky až po platnou právní úpravu dohledu (včetně). Dále je navázáno stručným načrtnutím nejvýznamnějších změn, které lze do budoucna v oblasti regulace pojišťovnictví očekávat. V závěru je konstatováno, že hlavním trendem v rámci vývoje právní úpravy dohledu státu nad pojišťovnictvím je posilování dohledu prostřednictvím stále komplexnější právní úpravy. Autorka práce ponechává otevřené, zda současný trend povede k optimální právní úpravě dohledu s tím, že to ukáže až další vývoj. |

| Abstract: | The subject and main objective of this thesis is the legal regulation on state supervision of the insurance business and to capture its development over time. The thesis first analyses the need for state supervision of the insurance business and its main objectives. The thesis next provides an overview of the development of the legal regulation on state supervision from the foundation of the first insurance company in the territory of the Czech Republic to the current legal regulation on state supervision. This is followed up by a brief overview of the most important amendments to the current legal regulation that can be expected in the future. The thesis concludes by outlining that the main trend within the development of the legal regulation on state supervision of the insurance business is the strengthening of the supervision through more and more complex legal regulation. The author of the thesis leaves it open whether this current trend would lead to optimal legal regulation on state supervision as this must be tested through further developments. |
