| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o mimosoudních řešeních spotřebitelských sporů v České republice -- charakterizuje a srovnává jednotlivé varianty a uvádí jejich výhody a nevýhody. Dále se zabývá právní úpravou a institucionálním zajištěním ochrany spotřebitele a spotřebitelskou politikou ČR a EU v této oblasti. V druhé části práce jsou uvedeny nejčastější spotřebitelské problémy v běžném životě a nabídka jejich řešení. |

In second part of thesis are mentioned most frequent consumer problems in common life and an offer of their solutions. |
