| Abstract: | V teoretické části práce se zaměřím s pomocí odborné literatury na informace, které mi poslouží jako podklady pro praktickou část. V praktické části představím firmu MBM, spol.s r.o.. Dále popíši vybrané části z logistického řetězce, jedná se ERP systém, systém objednávek, způsob skladování a řízení zásob. V další části práce popsané části logistického řetězce zhodnotím (zanalyzuji) a tam kde to bude dle mého názoru potřeba, pokusím se navrhnout lepší (optimální) řešení. |

| Abstract: | The theoretical part will focus with the help of literature on the information that I use as the basis for the practical part. In practical part i will introduce company MBM, spol.s r.o. and describe chosen components of the logistics chain, it is the ERP system, ordering system, method of storage and inventory management. In the next section of practical part I will analyze described components of the logistics chain and where it will be necessary in my opinion, I will try to design better (optimal) solution. |
