| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem nezaměstnanosti na reprodukční chování. Existuje mnoho faktorů, které na rozhodování o založení rodiny působí. Zaměřím se na jeden z nich, a tím je současný sociální systém České republiky. Jako cíl práce jsem si stanovila odpovědět na otázku, zda právě sociální systém podněcuje nezaměstnané ženy k mateřství, nebo je naopak odrazuje. První část práce mapuje dosavadní ekonomické teorie věnující se populačnímu růstu a jeho důsledkům na hospodářský rozvoj. Dále jsou uvedeny sociologické teorie nezaměstnanosti a lidské reprodukce. Pro uvedení do problematiky je sledován také vývoj porodnosti a nezaměstnanosti na území České republiky. Představeny jsou součásti sociálního systému, které se týkají následných studií. Součástí práce jsou ukázkové modely zaměstnaných a nezaměstnaných žen a jejich domácností. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sledování vývoje jejich měsíčních příjmů a v závislosti na výsledcích hodnotí, zda současný sociální systém motivuje nezaměstnané ženy k mateřství s porovnáním se zaměstnanými. Lze obecně říci, že podmínky zaměstnaných žen, které otěhotní, jsou mnohem příznivější, než nezaměstnaných. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on how unemployment influences reproduction behavior. There are many factors that affect decision-making process to start a family. The thesis will give a special attention to the current social system in the Czech Republic. The aim is to decide whether the social system motivates or discourages unemployed women. The first part maps former and recent economic theories connected to population growth and its impact on economic development. Following this, the thesis covers social theories of unemployment and human reproduction. To illustrate the problem the development of birth - rate and unemployment in the Czech Republic is included. The thesis also describes parts of the social system, which are connected to attached studies. Models of employed and unemployed women and their specific households are also included. The bachelor thesis analyses the development of their monthly income and through the results evaluate the current social system and its impact on the motivation to maternity. Considering all aspects, it is possible to say that the condition for pregnant employed women are better than for the unemployed one. |
