| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stavebního spoření jako spořicího produktu. Je zde shrnuta charakteristika produktu z hlediska spořicího i úvěrového produktu. Bližšímu zkoumání je podrobena výnosnost tohoto produktu pro přátelského klienta. Zkoumán je nejen výběr vhodné stavební spořitelny, ale i optimalizace výnosu ze stavebního spoření, které lze dosáhnout správným nastavením parametrů při uzavírání smlouvy o stavebním spoření a vhodným ukládáním finančních prostředků. Cílem této práce je vytvoření kvalitního nástroje pro výpočet výnosnosti stavebního spoření pro všechny stavební spořitelny, porovnání výnosnosti stavebního spoření jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen na základě využití tohoto nástroje a zjištění vlivu parametrů stavebního spoření na jeho výnosnost. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on building savings as a savings product. The work summarises the characteristic of the product and it also examines the rate of return on investment for sparing clients. It explores not only the best choice of a building and loan association but also the optimalization of profitability from building savings that clients can gain because of the right parameter setting and appropriate money saving. The targets of the bachelor thesis are creating a quality instrument for accounting the internal rate of return for all building and loan associations, comparing the internal rate of return using this instrument and finding out the parameters which influence the internal rate of return. |
