Pojem kreativní účetnictví (enronitida) v historických souvislostech -- Enron, velká pětka auditorských firem, SOX. Deskripce obecného profilu pachatele a jeho hlavních motivů ke spáchání účetního podvodu. Možné demotivace pachatele a rozdíl ve výši trestů v České republice a USA za trestný čin zkreslování údajů o stavu hospodaření a jmění. Uvedení nejaktuálnějších kauz týkajících se kreativního účetnictví ve světě i v České republice -- Olympus, Lehman Brothers, Barclays, Groupon, České Aerolinie. Detailní podoba, vývoj a důsledky daného účetního podvodu. Nálezy kontrol finančních úřadů České republiky a nejčastější prohřešky českých firem. |
