| Abstract: | Cílem práce je nejprve přiblížit pojem CRM -- Customer Relationship Management. V práci je rozebírán odlišný přístup k CRM. Řízení vztahů se zákazníky by měl být chápán jako celopodnikovou strategii orientovanou na zákazníky. Tento pojem je často brán jako CRM systém. K dosažení této koncepce se právě používá CRM nástroje, které jsou součástí CRM systému. Dále jsou v bakalářské práci popisovány architektury a funkcionality CRM systému. Jelikož se informační technologie neustále vyvíjí, jsou v práci zmíněny také trendy vývoje CRM systémů. Největším trendem jsou řešení na bázi softwaru jako služba (SaaS). V další části práce se zaměří právě na CRM systémy na bázi SaaS. Nejprve se nadefinuje, co je Cloud Computing. Dále jsou rozebírány modely nasazení a taxonomii služeb. Hlavním cílem je analýza trhu CRM služeb v České republice. Pro snadnou orientaci na trhu CRM služeb je sestaven kompletní přehled dostupných řešení. Řešení jsou kategori-zovány do 3 kategorií podle velikosti firem. Pro každou kategorii jsou vybrány nejvhod-nější produkty a srovnány podle stanovených kritérií. Tři produkty z každé kategorie jsou podrobně popisovány. Dále pomocí dotazníku bude zjištěn postoj českých firem k CRM a SaaS. Cílem je zjistit, jaký je podíl podniků využívající CRM k podpoře svých procesů, jaké systémy používají, jaký je jejich názor na problém zabezpečení dat u řešení na bázi SaaS. |

| Abstract: | The first goal of this thesis is to expound the concept of CRM - Customer Relationship Management. In the thesis are discussed about different approaches to CRM. Customer relationship management should be seen as an enterprise-wide on customer oriented strategy. This term is often understood as a CRM system. To achieve this concept is currently using CRM tools that are part of the CRM system. Furthermore, the thesis described architecture and functionality of the CRM system. As information technology continues to evolve, in the thesis are also discussed trends in CRM systems. The biggest trend is software as a service based solutions (SaaS). The next section will focus on CRM systems based on SaaS. First, defines what Cloud Computing is. Is also discussed deployment models and taxonomy services. The main objective is to analyze the market for CRM services in the Czech Republic. In the thesis for easy navigation on the CRM services market is set up a complete overview of available solutions. Solutions are categorized into 3 categories according to company size. For each category are selected and compared the best products according to specified criteria. The three products from each category are described in details. In addition, by the questionnaire will be detected by the attitude of Czech companies to CRM and SaaS. The aim is to determine what proportion of businesses using CRM to support its processes, what systems are used, what is their opinion on the issue of data security solutions based on SaaS. |
