| Abstract: | Na železničním trhu probíhá v současné době velké množství změn, převážně spojených s liberalizací trhu. Tato bakalářská práce má za úkol analyzovat tyto změny, nastínit možný vývoj v železniční dopravě a zmínit možná úskalí při otevírání trhu. V závěru práce shrnu veškeré poznatky, které byly v práci obsaženy a na jejich základě se pokusím vytvořit předpoklad dalšího vývoje na trhu. |

| Abstract: | There is currently a large number of changes on the rail market, mostly related to market liberalization. This thesis aims to analyze these changes, outline the possible development of rail transport and mention possible difficulties in opening the market. In conclusion I will summarize all findings that were included in the work and on this basis I will try to create conditions for further development of the market. |
