| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou metodik řízení ICT projektů. Práce si klade celkem tři cíle. Prvním cílem je identifikovat, charakterizovat a jednotně popsat vybrané metodiky pro řízení ICT projektů a zmapovat jejich historický vývoj. Druhým cílem je porovnat vybrané metodiky podle stanovených specifických kritérií. Třetím cílem je vybrat vhodnou metodiku pro stanovená modelová ICT oddělení nebo společnosti na základě jejich organizační kultury a typu řešených projektů. V teoretické části práce jsou nejdříve vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se problematiky a poté jsou identifikovány a jednotně popsány jednotlivé vybrané metodiky. V analytické části práce jsou stanovena specifická kritéria a na jejich základě jsou metodiky porovnány. Taktéž je zde uveden a zdůvodněn výběr vhodné metodiky pro modelová ICT oddělení nebo společnosti. Vlastní přínos autora spočívá hlavně v porovnání vybraných metodik a ve zdůvodněném výběru vhodné metodiky pro modelové ICT oddělení nebo společnost. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with problems of ICT project management methodologies. The thesis sets out a total of three objectives. The first objective is to identify, characterize and describe uniformly chosen methodologies for managing ICT projects and to map their historical development. The second objective is to compare chosen methodologies according to set of specific criteria. The third objective is to select a suitable methodology for the specified model of ICT departments or companies based on their organizational culture and type of solved projects. In the theoretical part of this thesis basic concepts relating to the issue are defined at first and then chosen methodologies are identified and described uniformly. In the analytical part of the thesis the specific criteria are determined and the methodologies are compared on the base of them. There are also shown and justified reasons for selection of suitable methodology for a model of ICT department or company. Author's own contribution to the problem lies mainly in the comparison of chosen methodologies and, in a reasoned selection of a suitable methodology for a model of ICT department or company. |
