| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem "Aktivní pro-imigrační politika ČR po vstupu do EU" pojednává o politice na podporu imigrace zahraničních pracovníků praktikované Českou republikou. Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat tři projekty imigrační politiky České republiky - Výběr kvalifikovaných zahraničních pracovníků, projekt Zelené karty a Modré karty. Analýza byla zaměřena na identifikaci silných a slabých stránek a vyhodnocení úspěšnosti projektů. V poslední části práce je uveden dotazníkový průzkum. Cílem dotazníkového šetření bylo zjistit: informovanost cizinců o projektech imigrační politiky České republiky, motivy a účel migrace cizinců. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis "Active pro-immigration policy of the Czech republic after accession to EU" deals with immigration policy to support migration flows of foreign workers to Czech republic. The main goal of this thesis was to analyze three projects of the Czech immigration policy - the Selection of Qualified Foreign Workers, projects the Green Cards and the Blue Cards. The analysis was focused on identification of strengths and weaknesses and evaluation of the success of the projects. The last chapter of the thesis is about questionnaire survey. The goal of questionnaire was find out: awareness of foreigners about the projects of the Czech immigration policy, reasons and purpose of migration. |
