| Abstract: | Práce popisuje vývoj a současné postavení účetních profesí v Republice Kazachstán. Je kladen důraz zejména na profesi auditora a daňového poradce. Základním předmětem práce je charakterizování kazašských neziskových organizací (Komora auditorů a Komora daňových poradců) a hodnocení způsobu ovlivňování účetní profese prostřednictvím účetní legislativy Ministerstva financí. K popisu organizací se vztahuje vznik, postavení, naplň činnosti, vstup do profese a členství v jednotlivé Komoře. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes the development and current status of the accounting profession in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Emphasis is placed on the profession of auditor and tax concultant. The main subject is to characterize non-profit organizations in Kazakhstan (Chamber of Auditors and Chamber of Tax Consultants) and to assess methods of influence on professions by Ministry of Finance through the accounting legislation. Describing of non-profit organizations covers the creation, status, scope of activity, entry to the profession and membership of each Chamber. |
